What is in your contract?
All
arrangements and agreements are included in a written contract between
you and us, your service providers. Your contract covers all musicians,
singers, band equipment and sound systems. It states actual playing
time, number of hours agreed to and the cost so that there are no
surprises and that everything goes to plan.
Are you represented by an Agency or are you
independent?
We are independent
What will you be wearing?
Our
image is smart casual, but appearance is key to the success of your
event. Part of our agreement with you will be our appearance
on
stage.
What are the set lengths?
Our contract will
state 45 minutes on the hour with a 15-minute break but we know that
there is an ebb and flow to your event and will tailor our sets around
this itinerary. We will agree some formal playing times with you but
will work with you on the day to provide the most effective sets. We
can play background CDs during the breaks if you wish
Do you carry backup gear in case of failure?
We have backup instruments and PA.
Do you have the appropriate music and variety for our
function. Can I see a song list?
Our play list is on the web site.
Do you play requests?
We
will play requests but these have to be given in advance. We are happy
to learn two new songs specifically for your function free of charge.
How long do you generally get set up prior to the
guests arriving?
Our aim is to be ready one hour before start.
Can you provide me with references?
Yes on request
Do you ever play more than one engagement in a day?
No
How much deposit do you need?
Deposit is 10%
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
We
will always try to give at least 48 hours notice and two agency
contacts for a replacement band plus a full refund of any money we have
been given.
Will someone be able to act as an emcee?
Yes
What is your status?
Semi professional
The following questions may help you decide when you

well?
